YoHouse was founded on the philosophy that homebuilding should be a seamless and inspiring experience. Aligning our extensive experience in architecture, interior design, and construction, Yodezeen and Argo Construction have partnered to redesign the homebuilding process. There are six simple steps to YoHouse. Simply select your preferred location and one of our two distinctive house designs and leave the rest in our expert hands till move-in day.
Each YoHouse project is architecturally designed and styled by Yodezeen and constructed by Argo Construction & Development. Our dynamic, modular design and management tools allow us to offer each of our valued clients a singular sanctuary that meets their highest living criteria.
Our architects have designed both of our YoHouse models to be fully compatible with all US site configurations and to organically settle into any natural landscape. With our contemporary and classic takes on refined residential living, our purpose is to empower you to realize your ideal home life.

Over the course of our decades-long career in the real estate industry’s upper echelons, we’ve been fortunate to direct countless striking architectural and interior design projects. But we always knew there was further territory to explore. As our journey evolved, our mission became clear: to make iconic architecture and interior design accessible, adaptable, and convenient.
With YoHouse, our intention is now to leverage world-class practices toward raising the bar for readymade living spaces that blend singular aesthetics with flawless functionality, and in doing so, making an exceptional quality of life more accessible across the United States.
