Where do I begin?

Wonderful! We are happy to tailor our process to those who have secured land independently, beginning with our home design. Reach out to design@yohouse.com to start a conversation with our Design Team, who will be happy to assist you in selecting the ideal model for your plot through expert advice on positioning, orientation, climate, and other factors.

I like the Contemporary house. What's the next step?

Reach out to sales@yohouse.com and one of our Client Service professionals will be glad to walk you through our streamlined process, including purchasing and finance options. When you have all the information you need, they’ll connect you with our design team to confirm your model, customize your preferences, and select your preferred finishes. Once these are finalized, the construction of your home can officially get underway.

Do I need to engage surveyors or engineers?

We’re pleased to include both surveying and engineering as part of our full-service offering, meaning there’s no need to hire external professionals. Our skilled team and highly qualified partners will take care of both aspects of the process for you.


Is the land included in the price?

Our quoted costs cover all homebuilding-related costs, but exclude the cost of land. The purchase of a plot of land is a separate cost that is to be undertaken independently from YoHouse services.

Can I get financing through YoHouse?

Yes! Our in-house Finance team will be happy to assist you with a bespoke consultation to support you through exploring financing options and securing the most fitting solution for your individual circumstances. Get in touch at finance@yohouse.com

What are my financing options?

Is there a warranty on the house?

Yes, your new home is covered by a standard one-year warranty to ensure peace of mind. In addition, we are happy to offer an optional 2-10 year warranty extension for comprehensive coverage.

How long will the entire process take?

Timeframes vary based on a variety of factors, but to offer a general indication:

  • The purchase of land typically takes around 30-60 days.
  • The design process typically takes around 30 days.
  • The approval process typically takes around 30 days.
  • The homebuilding process typically takes between 6 to 12 months.

What will I need at closing?

Our in-house Finance team takes care of the full closing process, allowing you to focus on settling into your new home. The only element required to be independently arranged at the closing stage is home insurance.
